Refund and Cancellation
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: This Website does not sell Goods; it offers Services. If a payment is made at a customer's end, but does not show up in our records, we will resolve the issue in consulation with the payment gateway provider to the best of our ability.
- SUBSCRIPTIONS/MEMBERSHIPS: This Website will be offering subscriptions and membership plans in the near future. While we will not offer refund or cancellation, we will nevertheless offer trial periods. Those would suffice in case you are unsatisfied since you would be free to cancel at your convenience with 0% penalty. Your bank, however, might have some charges. Please consult with your bank.
- DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Sale of digital products (like PDF reports) would be considered full and final as and when they are downloaded at the client's end. These are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
- WORKSHOPS: A 10% penalty will be imposed if an order is cancelled a week before a workshop, and the balance will be transferred to the payee's bank account. Orders cancelled within a week of a workshop will not be entitled to a refund.
